Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in the facilities management industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are specific to the facilities management industry, managing the recruitment and hiring process for facilities management professionals, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development to facilities management employees. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to facilities management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are specific to the facilities management industry, such as those related to workplace safety, security, and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for facilities management professionals, ensuring that the company hires the best possible candidates for each open position.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage employee compensation for facilities management employees, ensuring that they are fairly compensated for their work.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the company’s facilities management employees, such as those related to new technologies, safety procedures, and customer service.
  • Manage employee benefits for facilities management employees, ensuring that they have access to the benefits they need to be successful.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and fair manner, with a focus on resolving issues that are specific to the facilities management industry.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to facilities management, such as those related to workplace safety, discrimination, and harassment.
  • Represent the company to employees, unions, and government agencies, with a focus on communicating the company’s commitment to providing a safe and productive work environment for facilities management employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in the facilities management industry.
