We have a significant and growing client of ours looking for someone with the skills & expertise for a Group Head of HR role. Our client delivers high quality, person-centred care and support to adults, children and young people with a range of complex needs. Their primary aim is to tailor their care to the individual requirements of each person and empower them to live their lives to the fullest possible potential in a safe, stable environment.
The client operates from over 500 locations across the UK with a team of over 11,500. This is an important, strategic acquisition for our client & will attract a significant market leading salary & package.

You are currently working in a large scale commercial operation
Currently accountable for the HR function for a large scale business of at least 3000 staff.
