Job Title: HR Manager | Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Summary:

HR Manager needed for the overall management of the human resources function for a hospitality company. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, conducting performance reviews and managing employee compensation, developing and delivering training programs, managing employee benefits, investigating and resolving employee complaints, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that the company hires the best possible candidates for each open position.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage employee compensation, ensuring that employees are fairly compensated for their work.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the company’s employees.
  • Manage employee benefits, ensuring that employees have access to the benefits they need to be successful.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a timely and fair manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.
  • Represent the company to employees, unions, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
