Salary up to £45,000

This role will focus on developing and providing a training and development service that meets the current and future needs of the business, and are engaging and impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing the existing L&D programme and develop a training framework and approach.
  • Research, create and deliver training programmes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Introduce a structured leadership development programme.
  • Design or source e-learning content, facilitate workshops and provide coaching.
  • Manage all mandatory and compliance training.
  • Collaborate across the business globally to maximise resources and expertise.

Experience

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about knowledge sharing, developing others as well as having a personal commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • They will possess a degree in a relevant discipline or similar level of knowledge gained through relevant work experience and a certificate in training practice or similar.
  • Proven experience of formulating, implementing, and revising training strategies, policies and procedures within the UK and internationally.
  • They will have the ability to manage a demanding workload with multiple priorities and to see issues through to completion.
