Salary:£50k – 70k per year
Responsibilities
- Attracting, selecting and hiring the right people
- Leading on recruitment campaigns
- Creating content and adverts using smart technologies
- Reporting and tracking
- Assisting in the delivery of best recruitment practices
- Leading on outreach programmes, placements, internships and events.
Experience
- Proven experience and track record of recruiting within the IT/Techology.
- You will be a self-starter, confident and have the ability to multi-task while retaining excellent attention to detail.
- You will ideally possess a recognised recruitment qualification (LI certification, REC) or similar and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of IR35 and latest UK/immigration legislation would be preferred.
Location
This can be a 100% home-based/remote role or office-based if preferred
