Salary:£50k – 70k per year

Responsibilities

  • Attracting, selecting and hiring the right people
  • Leading on recruitment campaigns
  • Creating content and adverts using smart technologies
  • Reporting and tracking
  • Assisting in the delivery of best recruitment practices
  • Leading on outreach programmes, placements, internships and events.

Experience

  • Proven experience and track record of recruiting within the IT/Techology.
  • You will be a self-starter, confident and have the ability to multi-task while retaining excellent attention to detail.
  • You will ideally possess a recognised recruitment qualification (LI certification, REC) or similar and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IR35 and latest UK/immigration legislation would be preferred.

Location

This can be a 100% home-based/remote role or office-based if preferred
